If you stay at Waipoua Lodge during March, also included in your bed & breakfast accommodation rate will be an invitation to spend up to two hours with chef Fran at the Waipoua Lodge Cooking School, or Ian will take you on a two hour tour of the Waipoua Forest and/or surrounding area.
