Please note that your reservation will be confirmed by email direct from Waipoua Lodge once your booking has been fully processed. Your credit card details are required for a 25% deposit. There is a cancellation fee in accordance with our Cancellation Policy or if the rate booked is to be pre-paid as stated in the Terms & Conditions of the rate when booking.

Reservations Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy:
Prices shown are for 2 people bed & breakfast. Please note that to fully confirm your reservation we require a 25% deposit of your full reservation rate. This deposit is refundable up to the 30 days before your check-in date. We do not receive your credit card number when you make a reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Eftpos.
Note: Tariffs includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%
Cancellation Period:
You are able to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before arrival. Any reservations cancelled within 30 days will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.
ADDITIONAL CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR TERMS:
Bookings made for the period 20th December to 5th January (inclusive)
Cancellation within 60 days: 30% forfeit of the total booking price
Cancellation within 30 days: 100% forfeit of the total booking price
We are a small and remote lodge and late cancellations can significantly affect our business. As a result, we regret that we must strictly enforce our cancellation terms.
Child Policy:
Children are welcome
Children aged under 5 are free of charge
Children aged 5 - 12 are charged half price ($45)
Children aged 13 and above are charged the full rate ($90)

Check-In & Check-Out:
Normal check-in is 3.00 pm and check-out is 11.00 am.
Dining:
As Waipoua Lodge is situated in a remote location, guests normally enjoy dining at the lodge. We offer a 4-course menu for $100.00 per person. Children’s menu is available on request. We can also provide guests with lunches and picnic baskets. The lodge has full bar facilities including a range of fine New Zealand wines
